Amanda is just amazing! Never once did a text go unanswered! She’s just GOOD at what she does. This woman sold my brother’s and my house in one day! Now, that doesn’t happen every day of the week, but i’m telling you it MUST happen a lot with THIS realtor. She just gives 110 % for her client, and she just has this amazing knack for her career!!!

Amanda Cooper was a pleasure to work with, both in the selling and buying process. She was easy to work with, accessible both by phone and in person, and very knowledgeable. She kept her word, and when she said she was going to find answers, send documents or follow up, she did. She was efficient, always on time, and both our buying and selling processes went very smoothly. In what can be a very stressful time, Amanda helped keep me calm in that she was always on top of where we were in the process, why we may be waiting, and what to expect next. I never felt pressured at any time, and she was open to discussion when I had thoughts that varied from her own, which was helpful and insightful. Amanda was a great person to work with. Signed a contract to sell on a Monday, pictures were taken on Tuesday and posted on line. The house was shown on Wednesday. Had a contract almost immediately. Amanda constantly kept me updated on the sale. She was very considerate of my needs. I would highly recommend Amanda for a realtor.
