Amanda was great to work with. She explained all processes and offers clearly, gave us recommendations on how to respond to offers or questions without pushing us into a specific response. She also provided us with good advice on how much money and time to put into pre-sale renovations and repairs vs the payback we could expect in the form of a higher selling price, as well as supplying recommendations for contractors to do the work. She was very responsive and easy to reach regardless of day or time. While we didn't quite get the selling price we'd hoped for, we also know it was the worst time of year to try to sell a house in addition to ours being at a higher price point for the area, so we were satisfied that it was probably the best we could expect given those limitations. We recommend Amanda to anyone selling a home in that area.

Superb experience in every respect. We were selling home we inherited from out of state. Great communication, rapid response to every text or email we sent. Good advice on what local buyers expected. She is a true professional committed to giving her clients a stress free experience.

This was our first time selling a house and we HIGHLY recommend Amanda. She was wonderful to work with! She patiently answered all our questions and walked us through everything. She did a great job on our house listing and advertisement. Our home sold quickly and at a good price (during the slow season) thanks to all her hard work. She was also very patient with our young children and our dog, which made things much easier on us. Thank you so much, Amanda!!
