Amanda stuck with us for a few years. We first met her to determine if we wanted to sell, what would the steps be. When we finally decided to move, Amanda stepped right in and worked the plan. We moved to the North West and not once was the distance a deterrent for communication. In a very short period, our house was listed and offers came in. Amanda negotiated with those interested to come in with a higher price than we asked for. Her lovely demeanor made us appreciate her expertise and guidance. Couldn’t be happier.

Amanda did a wonderful job assisting me in my home buying process. She helped me to negotiate with the sellers and she was very responsive to my needs. She was a joy to work with and I felt very comfortable throughout the process. I would most definitely recommend her to others as well.

I’m a first time homebuyer and closed on my home last week. Amanda was absolutely fantastic throughout my home buying process! She was so patient and made sure I understood everything. She answered all of my questions to make sure I was making the best choice for myself. She made every effort to save me money and wasn’t scared to tell me if something felt off about a home.
